A perfect day doesnโ€™t always mean everything feels perfect.
Sometimes someone says something that stirs something in you, but you take a breath, stay present, and choose not to spiral.

Maybe thatโ€™s what a perfect day really isโ€ฆ finding peace even when something tries to shake it.

Join me for The Art of Becoming, a monthly creative workshop designed to help you reconnect with your creativity and explore your own artistic expression.

Through intuitive art practices, creative prompts, and simple techniques, youโ€™ll have space to experiment, reflect, and discover new ways of expressing yourself visually. No art experience is needed. Just come with curiosity.

Each session is designed as a gentle creative practice where you can explore, play, and create in a supportive environment.

I drove up to Amesbury the other day thinking about how fast time has been moving. Watching Priscilla move is a reminder to slow down, return to the body, and be present in the here and now.

Seeing her wear my flare yoga pants brings me so much joy, not just because I made them, but because of who is wearing them. Women like Priscilla, holding space at Riseilience.
