🚨Today we’re celebrating the one and only Li! 🚨 🎂🥳💙

Li is truly a master of her craft. Whether she’s helping a patient get back to feeling like themselves, sharing her endless knowledge, or happily offering to “poke” someone with a dry needle. 😂📍

She walks into the clinic armed with an incredible sense of humor, plenty of jokes, and the kind of energy that makes both patients and coworkers love having her around.

Over the years, Li has made an impact on SO many patients. Helping them heal, get stronger, regain function, and get back to the things that matter most to them. And if you’ve ever been treated by Li, you already know: she is seriously one of the best at what she does. 👏

🎡 Your hands deserve to enjoy the Alaska State Fair, too!😂🤚

Between death-gripping the ride handles, hauling around bags and prizes, and suddenly becoming very competitive at carnival games 🎯… your hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders can put in some WORK at the fair.

A few friendly reminders from your hand therapy crew:

✊ Loosen that death grip when you can
🛍️ Switch sides when carrying all your fair loot
🎯 Give your arm a break between attempts at winning that giant stuffed animal
🤚 And if something hurts and keeps hurting after the fair fun is over — don’t ignore it!

Now go eat something deep fried, ride something questionable, and have FUN. 🎢🍿😂

🎒 Back to school means back to routines—and our hands, wrists, and arms are along for the ride!

Between heavy backpacks, hours on laptops and tablets, handwriting, fall sports, and the general chaos of getting everyone out the door, the start of the school year can be a big adjustment for our bodies too. ✏️💻🏈
