Words and photos cannot describe the mood and emotion that Lauren Kramer brought to this evening’s candlelight yoga. From the music, to the candles, calming voice, energy of the participants- it was like walking into a room of magic.

A huge shoutout to for the generous gifts and coupon giveaways for each participant.

Join us on Friday, December 19th for your choice of a moderately rigorous Vinyasa Flow (intermediate), or a gentle yoga (all levels) with Lauren Kramer.

50% of all proceeds will be donated to one of our favorite local charities, Food Gatherers.

5:00pm Vinyasa (intermediate)- a smooth strength-building flow that links breath and movement. Expect a steady pace and a little challenge to light your fire.

Each instructor will take you through 6-7 exercises (as you go through the full mat system), followed by refreshments and discounts at some of our favorite Kerrytown Market Shops: The Kitchen Loft, Found, and Bohmey Beauty.

Angela’s naughty or nice holiday contest starts today!

How does it work?

Each visit, you pull a card. If you pick “nice” you put your name in a draw for one of our great prizes from our kerrytown neighbors (kitchen loft, bohmey beauty, found, and of course, opportunities to win free classes at the pilates barn).

However, if you pull a “naughty” ticket, your instructor will give you an extra exercise or task— and THEN you can still put your name in the draw to win prizes!
