It’s been awhile since I’v posted but life’s been busy!

Attention Mama friends! ‼️

My kids have been begging for donuts so I started looking for recipes! Well thanks to tik tok, I saw where you can take a bread and or muffin mix and make donuts out of them. Needless to say my homemade sourdough chocolate chip banana bread for the win! Kids love them! 🍩😋

Also, my recipe works with gluten free flour as well! Aka newest adventure I’m navigating with my middle child !

So many important topics to cover were doubling up in February!!
💥First up Thrive Feeding and Lactation Stephanie Rahe will be discussing all things oral function! This topic is for parents of all ages as many oral ties go undiagnosed and may cause issues as kids get older!
💥Second we have Kristen McKee of Beautiful Beginnings & Wellness LLC teaching us how to track our fertility for both trying to conceive and natural prevention. A woman's cycle tells a lot about her overall health and wellness and something we all could use a refresher on!

Feeling incredibly thankful for this journey and the knowledge I’ve gained along the way. Supporting families through lactation and natural family planning has been such a gift, and I’m excited to continue growing and learning as I move into 2026.
