I had a taste for something chocolate today, but instead of running to grab junk food, I looked at what I already had in the house and got intentional. A few simple ingredients… ripe bananas, oats, cocoa, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, and a little creativity turned into healthy chocolate banana cookies.
