I love crystals. Obviously. I’ve worked with them for more than 25 years. (‼️) But I’ve never believed working with crystals should become another thing you have to do perfectly.
To me, a grounded crystal practice leaves room for intuition and curiosity, while still fitting into real life.
It might look like:
• holding a stone while you take a few slower breaths
• keeping one near your journal as a reminder of what you’re working on
• choosing a crystal because the color, texture, or meaning feels supportive
• letting it simply be a beautiful object from the Earth that makes you pause for a second
There doesn’t have to be a right way.
That’s the direction I’m bringing more of to Crystalline Light: less pressure, more practice.
🥰 Answer me this in comments ... what does a grounded crystal practice look like for you?
