Willa Healthcare Family Clinic is a board-certified, nurse practitioner-led primary care clinic located at 5757 Egan Drive in Savage, Minnesota, just off County Road 42 in O'Connell Square. We are led by Dr. Uche Franklin, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, a dual-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of clinical experience. She built this clinic because Scott County deserves a healthcare home that feels close, coordinated, and personal. Dr. Franklin brings not only clinical excellence but a deep personal commitment to making sure every patient, regardless of background or income, has access to the care they deserve right here in their own neighborhood.
Minnesota grants full practice authority to nurse practitioners. That means Dr. Franklin can diagnose, treat, prescribe, and manage your complete care independently.
