Dr. Maaty trained at George Washington University in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, with specialized certification in Critical Care Echocardiography and Neurocritical Care. She currently practices as a partner at PMA Health, Assistant Medical Director of the ICU at VHC Health, and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine associated with Georgetown University.
When she isn't caring for patients in the ICU or teaching, she takes her passion for music around the world as a violinist with the NIH Philharmonia and the World Doctors Orchestra! 🎻🎶
