Yes to always & forever! I can’t wait to keep adventuring through this beautiful world with you. šŸ«¶šŸ¼

If you had asked me 10 years ago if I was ever going to get engaged and married, I probably would have rolled my eyes and laughed.

The funny part is, I love weddings. I love celebrating love. I just didn’t think I was capable of being loved that way myself.

Later, I realized that was a defense mechanism. It was easier to convince myself I didn’t want something than risk getting hurt.

But as the years passed with Bri, something shifted within me. I didn’t feel stressed. I felt calm. Safe. At peace.

I’ll always remember the moment I felt the shift. We were hiking in Sedona 3 years ago and I asked him how he felt about marriage. For the first time, I could clearly see a forever future together.

My grandma once told me that there’s a lid for every pot. She said sometimes your view of love changes when you find the one that fits just right.

I’m so grateful I found my lid. Thank you for showing me what it means to be loved fully.

I love you, Bri. Always and forever šŸ«¶šŸ¼

This was not the same race I ran last year. Running the NYC in 90° was no joke. For context last year I raced in 65°

I had a goal to beat my time. I was only 1 min away from accomplishing that. In my eyes I beat it since you really need to add 15-20 seconds onto each station for pacing purposes so I didn’t die of heart exhaustion.

Super proud of the race and also all the training and fueling that came with me being able to complete it.

Special shoutout to my hype squad for always holding it down for me in the moments I wanted to give up.

My parents. My homies. And my partner.

And a huge congrats to one of my girlfriends for absolutely crushing her first race with minimal training.

Im hanging up my solo Hyrox hat for a bit and ready to enjoy these summer months with no races on the horizon

When I was 25, I was slamming $2 tacos and $5 margaritas at happy hour and then waking up at 5am to take a boxing class on an empty stomach.

We are not the same.

15 year old me, who used to skip out on the 2-mile runs during soccer practice, would never believe that I now sign up for races… for fun. šŸ˜†

Let alone become a certified running coach who taught a running-focused class on the boardwalk for 3 years. Who is this lady?!

The version of me who hated running would be proud of the woman who found joy in it.

What I love most about running is that while it’s technically an individual sport, the community and camaraderie are unmatched.

Running has taught me to embrace the cyclical nature of every season. No run is ever the same, even when it’s the same route.

It’s humbled me in the heat, the wind, and the rain, and made me appreciate those perfect 65-degree sunny days even more.

It has taught me patience. It has taught me resilienceAnd it has shown me that some of the best things in life come from doing hard things consistently.

Combining my strength practice with running has made me a more confident athlete. It’s improved my aerobic capacity which has allowed me to be able to play for hours without feeling depleted.

I’m grateful that I can run.
I’m grateful my joints are healthy.
I’m grateful my body is strong enough to run fast.

Most people think running is bad for your knees (me being one of them). It isn’t.

More often than not, it’s poor movement patterns, weakness, and inefficient mechanics that cause your joints to take the brunt of the force.

When you build strength and dial in your mechanics, running becomes a whole lot more enjoyable.

And when everything clicks, it’s such a badass feeling.

On Global Running Day, I’m proud to say that I am a runner.

There was a time when I doubted my ability and questioned whether I was capable of becoming one. This sport has shown me just how much stronger my body is because of it.

Here’s to many more miles ahead.

PS… if you miss my signature boardwalk class, Run Strong, stay tuned… something is coming in July ā—”Ģˆ

May had its moments in between the heat wave and frigid temps.

Spent a lot of time training for the Hyrox.
A mentally and physically tough month.
Spent a lot of hours working on some fun new projects that will launch in June

Thus months glimmers were found from what the Spring season provides naturally.

Fresh fruit, veggies, and a whole lot of blooms.
And a lot of pre summer shenanigan firsts
First BBQ of season
First balcony hangs
First ice cream of the season
First bike ride by the beach
First beach hang

Plus
A day on an alpaca farm
A castle wedding with my entire family
And a lot of couch snuggles with my loves

May was a quiet and stressful month AND also super beautiful.

What was your favorite part of May?!

I don’t even know what I would do without a training program. I’d feel pretty lost and definitely wouldn’t feel or look as strong.

The sad truth is huge percentage of women over 35 don’t follow a plan, let alone strength train.

Following a training plan takes the guesswork out of achieving physique goals.
It removes the overwhelm of ā€œwhat do I do today?ā€ And saves you time because you just follow the days session

No more scrolling IG for random workouts or asking ChatGPT to spit out a basic AF plan you’re not going to follow anyway.

A big reason woken don’t want to follow a program is because they think it’s boring.

My membership, Momentum, currently has 9 programs you can cycle through that include: gaining muscle, building strength, improving conditioning, leaning out, growing your glutes, consistency through holidays, and defining abs.

I also have a team group chat for ongoing support so you always feel connected and held accountable. I know how important community is to stay consistent with your goals. We celebrate every win!

And when you join the All Access Pass, you get live classes with me 1–2x per week so I can coach you in real time, fix your form, and help you build confidence so you’re not second-guessing your technique or getting injured.

My new program, Built for Summer, begins June 1st.

It’s a 6-week body recomposition phase designed to build visible muscle definition, lean out, and stay strong with 30-minute workouts.

We start together Monday.

Comment or DM me the word BUILT and I’ll send you the details to join.

Built for Summer begins June 1st exclusively inside Momentum!
This 6-week lean-building program is designed to help you preserve muscle, lean out, and train athletically in 30 minutes or less.

These sessions are packed with a punch that will leave you feeling energized for the rest of the day.

After 1.5 hour training sessions preparing for the Hyrox, I’m stoked for shorter training sessions.

And NOW Momentum has new $57/month tier for women who want just the programming + community

If you fell off track of your routine, this is the perfect program to get consistent again.

Comment or DM me the word ā€œBUILTā€ and I’ll send you the details and link to join.
