I needed nature and to sleep on the ground so much this weekend. Thank goodness for friends who love tent camping, too. The place was so serene and beautiful. The nightly owls and other animals with calls made it feel like more magic. I start this week so full of gratitude for my life and meaningful connections.

Shout out to my chiropractor .carolina.chiro (Dr Denunzio). I’ve been seeing him for over three years now. He has put my bones back in place so many times, helped me stand taller, and have fewer ongoing back issues. If you live in the Asheville area and need a chiropractor, I highly recommend him.
