The nervous system is so cool!
Our thoughts, feelings and emotions are actually part of our skin. I find this incredibly fascinating. That’s why my facials are rooted in tenderness and quality of touch because those are the things that are going to have the most impact on your nervous system therefore have the most impact on your skin. 🤍

We love products. But, they only go so far. nourishing your nervous system is going to go a lot farther for nourishing your skin.

Your nervous system could be the reason why you are having any kind of skin issue. Traditional aesthetic school is an outdated model and it does not teach this. Everything is about selling, profit, quick fixes, and product manufacturers that want to make money. They want to make money off of you, but they also want to make money off of the estheticians that are going to convince you that you need to buy all kinds of stuff.
I’m telling you, you do not need to buy a whole bunch of products to have beautiful skin. In fact, most of those products are probably destroying your barrier and contributing to aging.
find your passion, enjoy your life, find your joy and don’t worry so much about aging. The more you worry about aging the more you are going to age.
