September 20th is our last Bowls on the Beach for the season!

There is no formal sign-up or booking deposit required for this event. Just bring a towl and pillow and be ready for the vibes. 🧘‍♀️.

We had a visitor.

Frogs have always been one of my favorite animals. They represent transformation and cycles completing.

I hope he stays in my bush's and becomes a garden resident.

A tree frog came to see me the other morning. They are some of my favorite animals. 🐸

I am hopeful he may hang around and grace me with his cute little face a few more times before winter!

Frogs represent transformation and cycles. This has seem to be a growing lesson for many of us.

Always watch for animals to come with wisdom to share.

We had our August's Bowls on the Beach this last weekend and it was beautiful!

The weather was warm but not too hot and during our meditation the crickets and frogs decided to join in 🐸.

So thankful for all who joined me for the evening. ♡
