☀️The Sun, the Summer Solstice, and making space for joy✨

As we move toward the height of the year and the approaching Summer Solstice, I find myself reflecting on joy.
Summer has always carried a certain magic. Longer days, warm evenings, time spent outdoors, gathering with friends and family, laughter, travel, adventure, and a renewed sense of possibility. There is a freedom to summer that invites us back into life.
This month, I felt called to a card that embodies that energy perfectly.

June Card of the Month☀️The Sun ☀️

The Sun is one of the most joyful cards in the tarot.
It speaks of abundance, optimism, vitality, and the reminder that life is meant to be experienced—not just endured. Like the Summer Solstice itself, the Sun illuminates what has been growing beneath the surface and brings it into full expression.
This card arrives as a reassurance that things may be unfolding more beautifully than you realize.
Gemini season also lends its playful influence to this month. Curiosity, humor, learning, connection, and childlike wonder are all part of the invitation. The Sun encourages us to step outside, engage with life, and allow ourselves to be seen.
Perhaps most importantly, The Sun reminds us that we do not have to earn our worthiness.
We are already enough.
When we release the stories of inadequacy, comparison, or not-enoughness, we create space for gratitude, creativity, and genuine joy. The Sun asks us to notice what is already working, what is already blooming, and what is already worthy of celebration.
Joy is not a distraction from the spiritual path.
Sometimes joy is the spiritual path.

🌻 A Reflection to Sit With This Month

What brings me genuine joy, and how can I create more space for it in my daily life?

🎙️ Staying Connected

Thank you to everyone who has been listening to The Metaphysical Woman podcast. What began as conversations between friends has continued to grow in ways that delight and surprise us.
Our latest episode explores AI and what this rapidly changing technology might mean for those of us interested in spirituality, intuition, consciousness, and the metaphysical world.
Episode Four will be arriving later this month and is inspired by summer, travel, adventure, and the ways new experiences help us see ourselves—and the world—through fresh eyes.
If you've been enjoying the podcast, we would be so grateful if you would subscribe, leave a review, or share an episode with a friend.

🙏🏼 Closing Affirmation

As the days grow longer and the light lingers a little longer, may you remember that joy is not something to chase, but something to notice—and may you welcome the warmth, abundance, and possibility already present in your life.
Love,
Tiffany🦋

For May, on the eve of my birthday and under the light of a Scorpio full moon, I felt called toward a card that speaks to devotion, ritual, and sacred practice.

May Card of the Month — The Hierophant

The Hierophant is often associated with tradition, structure, and spiritual guidance — but at its heart, this card is about practice.

It asks us not only what we believe, but how we live those beliefs.

This month carries a powerful convergence of energy — the fullness of a Scorpio moon, the sensual grounding of Ta**us season, and the threshold of Beltane, a celebration of life, fertility, and the sacred union between spirit and form. There is both depth and celebration here. Release and renewal. Passion and presence.

The Hierophant meets us in this space and gently reminds us:

Your connection to the sacred is something you tend.

Not occasionally.
Not only when life feels uncertain.
But through ritual.

There is a difference between routine and ritual.

Routine can feel automatic, expected, or done out of obligation.
Ritual is intentional.
Ritual is chosen.
Ritual is infused with awareness, presence, and meaning.

It is the same action — but held differently.

A morning cup of coffee becomes a moment of grounding.
A walk becomes a moving meditation.
A breath becomes a return.

The Hierophant invites us back into relationship with our own spiritual practice — whatever that looks like for each of us. Not as something rigid or prescribed, but as something lived, personal, and devoted.

Because when we commit to tending that connection — to something greater, to our inner knowing, to the unseen — life begins to move with us in a different way.

A reflection to sit with this month:
What ritual can I commit to each day — not out of obligation, but as an act of devotion to my connection with myself, my spirit, and my life?

Closing Affirmation:

May this month invite you back into ritual — into the sacred within the ordinary — and may what you return to each day become a steady thread of connection, devotion, and quiet trust.

Love,
Tiffany🦋

The Magician, clarity, and creating space for what’s ready to take form.

April Card of the Month — The Magician
For April, as the Aries season invites movement, initiation, and forward energy, I felt called to The Magician — a card of creation, alignment, and conscious action.

The Magician

April carries the energy of beginning again — but not from a place of starting over, rather from a place of stepping forward with what you already hold.

With Aries season guiding much of this month, there is a natural momentum building — a desire to move, to act, to create. But The Magician reminds us that true creation doesn’t come from force alone. It comes from alignment.

You already have the tools.

Your intuition.
Your voice.
Your energy.
Your lived experience.

The question becomes: how are you using them?

This is where the energy of spring offers something deeper.

We often think of this season as a time for spring cleaning — clearing out what is old, reorganizing our space. But The Magician invites us to see this as something more intentional. Not just removing clutter, but creating clarity. Because when your environment — your physical space, your mental landscape, your emotional world — is clear, you can see more clearly. And when you can see clearly, you can create more consciously.

The Magician is not about escaping reality or controlling every outcome. It is about becoming a willing participant in your life. It is about recognizing your relationship with something greater — with Spirit, with energy, with the unseen — and choosing to co-create from that place. Like the Magician standing between heaven and earth, you are a conduit, and what you choose to focus on, to nurture, to act upon — begins to take form.

So this month, rather than asking what should I do next?
You might ask:

What am I creating space for?

And does my current environment support that?

Because clarity is its own kind of magic.

A reflection to sit with this month:
What can I clear, shift, or realign in my inner or outer world to create a more intentional space for what I am ready to bring to life?

May you create space for what is ready to take form, trusting that clarity is its own kind of magic, and that what you build from an aligned and intentional place will naturally begin to unfold,

A gentle nudge, a new episode, and an open invitation 🤍

If you haven’t had a chance yet to read this month’s Soul & Psyche, we explored the energy of The Empress — creation, nourishment, receptivity, and what it means to tend to the spaces in our lives that are asking to grow and be cared for

Alongside that, we’ve just released our third episode of The Metaphysical Woman.

This conversation weaves through Pisces season, eclipse energy, intuition, and what it looks like to move through change with more flow and trust — choosing what we want to create rather than forcing outcomes. There’s something in it about softening, about honoring the cycles we’re in, and about coming back to ourselves in the midst of movement and uncertainty.
If you’ve been listening, thank you. Truly. It means so much to us to feel you on the other side of these conversations.
And if you feel called, we would really appreciate it if you could leave a review or rating on the platform you’re using. It helps us grow and allows this space to reach others who might resonate with it.

We also want this podcast to be in relationship with you. If you have feedback — what you’re enjoying, what isn’t landing, or any topics or questions you’d love for us to explore — you can simply reply directly to this email. We’re open to hearing it all.
Our intention is for this space to be of service, while still honoring the organic, intuitive, and real nature of the conversations we share as three metaphysical women moving through life.

Create a life that feels safe to bloom...

For March, as the season begins to shift and the earth herself starts to awaken, I felt called toward a card that embodies creation, nourishment, and the quiet power of becoming.

March Card of the Month — The Empress

For March, I have chosen The Empress of the Major Arcana — a card of fertile energy, creative abundance, and embodied love. The Empress reminds us that this is a time to give birth — not only in the literal sense, but to ideas, dreams, healing, and new versions of ourselves. She is the great nurturer, the divine feminine principle that exists within all of us, regardless of gender. She speaks of unity between mind, body, and spirit. Of grounding what has lived in the ethereal into something tangible and lived.

As we move toward the spring equinox, this energy feels especially alive. Here in California, the earth is greening. Wildflowers are beginning to bloom. Birds are louder. The light lingers a little longer each evening. Mother Earth herself is preparing to blossom. The Empress invites us back into relationship with this regenerative beauty — to remember that life is always seeking to create, to expand, to flourish.

But the Empress is not only about abundance. She also gently illuminates where we may be depleted — where we are overwhelmed, disconnected from our bodies, overprotective of our creations, or neglectful of our own need for care. If something within you feels barren or uninspired, she does not judge. She asks: What would it mean to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, and nourished? Where can you soften? Where can you tend to your physical temple? Where can you make space — not only for productivity, but for comfort, warmth, and pleasure?

The Empress reminds us that we are powerful co-creators with life itself. Even in a world that can feel heavy or chaotic, there is still beauty rising. There are still seeds being planted. There are still blossoms preparing to open. The question is not whether creation is happening — it always is. The question is whether we are participating consciously.

A reflection to sit with this month:

What am I being invited to nurture right now — within myself or in my outer life? And what would it look like to create a space, both internally and externally, where that growth feels safe, supported, and abundant?

The Metaphysical Woman — A Continuing Conversation

A gentle reminder that the second episode of The Metaphysical Woman is now live. We are so grateful for everyone who has tuned in, listened, and shared it with others. This project is still very new and growing, and your support truly means more than you know.

If you’re enjoying the conversations, we would be deeply grateful if you would consider rating the podcast and leaving a review on whatever platform you use, it helps more than we can say. And if you have thoughts, constructive feedback, or topics you’d love to hear us explore, you are always welcome to reply directly to this email. We genuinely want this to feel like a shared dialogue.
Our third episode will be released later this month, and I’ll send a gentle reminder when it’s available.

As the light returns and the earth grows green again, may you remember that life is always moving toward renewal, and may you tend what is yours to tend with love and intention,
Tiffany🦋

🌚Eclipse Season🧧Fire Horse Energy, and Becoming the Change💫

Hi friends,

Our second episode of The Metaphysical Woman is live, and I wanted to share it with you.

In this conversation, we explore the energy of the upcoming eclipse season, the momentum of the Chinese New Year, and the fire horse influence that invites courage, sovereignty, and forward movement. We talk about the kind of change that can ripple through communities — unexpected, collective, and catalytic — and the reminder that while it’s easy to point outward, the most meaningful transformation begins within.

What we focus on grows.
What we embody expands.
And what we choose to devote our energy to shapes the world around us.

This episode is an invitation to reflect on where you’re being called to stand in your own sovereignty, to become the change you wish to see, and to trust that the supportive currents around you are stronger than you might realize.

If you feel curious, we would love for you to listen. And if it resonates, sharing it is a beautiful way to support something still growing its wings.

A reflection on devotion, choice, and shared humanity

As we enter a new month, I want to gently welcome you back into Soul & Psyche — this ongoing, monthly offering created as a virtual altar space. My intention remains simple and sincere: to offer a place to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the shared acknowledgment that we are living this human experience together. Whether you spend a few quiet moments here or return to this reflection throughout the month, this space is an invitation into presence — into faith, breath, and the universal language that lives beneath words. It is a devotion I hold with gratitude, and one I am committed to tending each month as a way of giving back, staying connected, and honoring the inner life we all share.

This month, I felt called to turn toward a teaching that invites us to look closely at love—not as sentiment, but as a conscious choice.

February Card of the Month — The Lovers

For February, I have intentionally chosen The Lovers of the Major Arcana. While this card is often associated with romantic or intimate love — and certainly carries meaning in those contexts — its deeper teaching extends far beyond partnership. At its core, The Lovers speaks to unity rather than separation, reminding us that the sense of being “other” or “apart” is often an illusion. This card invites us to recognize the shared humanity woven through all of life — that we are reflections of one another, continually shaped by the choices we make and the values we live by. The Lovers is ultimately a card of choice, commitment, and devotion. It asks us to look honestly at what we are saying yes to, what we are aligning ourselves with, and how our decisions shape the life we are creating. Love, in this sense, is not merely a feeling — it is an act of presence, a conscious orientation toward unity, clarity, and inner truth. When our choices arise from that place, we move closer to a life that feels connected, intentional, and alive.

A reflection to sit with this month:

Where in my life am I being asked to make a conscious commitment — not out of obligation, but out of devotion? What am I choosing to give my energy, attention, and care to, and does it align with the life I am longing to create?

A New Offering, Shared in Friendship

In January, I hinted that something had been quietly unfolding behind the scenes, and this month I’m happy to share it with you. Alongside two dear friends — Lisa, a glass artist, and Lori, a pagan astrologer — I’ve co-created a new podcast called The Metaphysical Woman. What began as meaningful conversations between friends felt alive enough to share beyond our own circles. This is our very first episode, and it’s organic, imperfect, and deeply human. We are learning as we go, welcoming refinement and evolution with openness and care.

This podcast isn’t meant to be polished or prescriptive. It’s a creative offering rooted in friendship, curiosity, and the kind of conversations that naturally arise when thoughtful women gather to explore life, spirit, and meaning. If you feel called to listen, we would be honored—and if it resonates, sharing it is a beautiful way to support something new as it finds its footing.

podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-metaphysical-woman/id1873631689

May this month invite you into conscious choice — choosing with care what you devote your energy, attention, and love to. May your commitments arise from clarity and inner truth, and may what you nurture reflect the life you are becoming,

A new altar space for reflection, trust, and inner dialogue

Soul & Psyche is a monthly offering — an altar space created to pause, reflect, and attune to the subtle interplay between intuition and the inner life. Each letter is an invitation to meet yourself here with presence, curiosity, and awareness of the subtle dialogue between insight and intuition.

Opening Reflection

Over the past year, I have stepped into a season of deep study and inward turning. I completed my first year as a psychology student at Naropa University and have now begun my second, immersed in an education that weaves together Buddhist wisdom and Western psychology. This chapter of learning has felt very much like embodying the Hermit of the Major Arcana — studying, listening, and living simply in my little tree house on California’s central coast. The teachings are rich, inclusive, and deeply human, and they are shaping me into a contemplative psychologist — someone devoted not just to understanding the mind, but to helping others meet themselves with greater awareness, compassion, and presence. While I remain open to how this path ultimately unfolds, I know the work I am being shaped for will integrate my intuitive and mediumship gifts with a deeper understanding of the human psyche and our shared inner life.
During this time, my life has been full of learning, partnership, parenting, friendship, and devotion to what truly matters. My professional offerings have naturally shifted, and I hold deep gratitude for everyone who has honored this transition in their own way. As my availability has become more limited, I’ve learned — and continue to learn — the necessity of boundaries and prioritization. It is from this place that Soul & Psyche was born: a monthly offering and virtual altar space where we can stay connected. My hope is that each letter offers you a moment to pause — perhaps lighting a candle, reflecting, journaling, pulling your own cards, walking in nature, or simply breathing — a gentle invitation to return to yourself.

January Card of the Month — The Fool

Each month in Soul & Psyche, I will draw a tarot card — sometimes intentionally, sometimes intuitively — as a way of entering into dialogue with the wisdom of the tarot. These cards are not offered as predictions, but as symbolic teachers: mirrors that help us better understand ourselves, our choices, and the deeper movements of our psyche. For January, it feels only fitting to begin with The Fool, the first card of the Major Arcana and the opening step of the soul’s journey. In tarot, the Major Arcana reflects not a linear life span, but the many evolutions a soul may experience within a human life — and The Fool marks the moment of beginning, of saying yes. It carries an energy of innocence, trust, and open-hearted curiosity, inviting us to step forward without needing the full map. The Fool reminds us that intuition, faith, and inner knowing are not separate from our lived experience, but are meant to be embodied and expressed through it. Whether the step before you feels small or momentous, this card invites a fresh perspective — one rooted in trust, presence, and the quiet remembering that new beginnings are always available.

A reflection to sit with this month:
What part of me is ready to soften certainty and meet this moment with curiosity, trust, and a more open heart?

Staying Connected

As I continue my studies, I am still offering a limited number of virtual and phone readings, which can be booked through the online calendar on my website or the button below. Availability is more limited than it once was, and sessions may be fewer and farther between, but if something feels time-sensitive or you’re hoping to connect around a special event, you’re always welcome to reach out by email or text. I’m deeply grateful for your patience and understanding during this season of focus and devotion.

As this new year unfolds, there is something quietly taking shape behind the scenes — a new offering rooted in friendship, dialogue, and the metaphysical — which I look forward to sharing more about soon......

Closing Affirmation

May you step into this month with curiosity, trust, and an open heart — honoring both the wisdom you carry and the mystery still unfolding.

Thank you for meeting me here at the altar,
Tiffany🦋

❄️Winter wishes from me to you!❄️

As we collectively say goodbye to another year, I am always inspired to reflect on the past year with acknowledgment, curiosity, pride, gratitude, humility, and love. I'll be sharing my winter wonders, updates, and photos with all of you who have each been a part of my journey, and I can only hope in some small way that I have been a positive part of your journey thus far.....

As many of you know, I have been calling in my Spiritual Partner, Soul Mate, for some time! I am so grateful, honored, and in awe of the purest of love I have found and experienced with Chris. Although Chris and I met in late 2023, we moved into our manifested dream of a Treehouse this past year. We both feel so blessed and humbled to call this space home and share this land with Sister Circle gatherings, family dinners, and a beautiful Summer housewarming party with new and old friends.

My firstborn Angel, Preston, will graduate High School in June 2025. It is hard for me to find the words to describe my pride, gratitude, and absolute love for this soul that has gifted me the experience of Mother. Preston has taught me patience, unconditional love, understanding, trust, surrender, and faith. To know Preston is to love him; I ask all of you reading this to energetically send Preston one small, supportive intention as he embarks on this threshold moment in his journey, wrapped in a remembrance of that time in each of our lives filled with so much excitement, possibility, and sovereignty.

Harlow is 13 years of age, in the Maiden stage, and will graduate middle school in June 2025. Harlow continues to inspire me through her strength, independence, and ways in which she is uniquely expressing herself and exploring her individuality. It is truly an honor to observe, release, and continue to guide my daughter in this beautiful time in her life.

Sister Circles, for now, will be placed on pause. For the Sisters who were part of the 8/8/24 Lion's Gate "Manifestation" Sister Circle, you might remember me sharing that my intention was to be accepted to Naropa University's online program, as I intend to obtain a BA in Psychology to better serve others in a more holistic way that will still include my Psychic Medium gifts. Long story short, I recently found out I was ACCEPTED, and I'll be starting in January 2025! I am so incredibly grateful and excited to start this journey, and at the same time, I have learned that balance is crucial. While I settle into my role as a full-time student, I will take some time to decide if hosting Circle monthly is still in my highest good and, therefore, the highest good for anyone who attends. Sister Circles are so sacred and dear to my heart, not only as the host but as a fellow Sister, so please accept my most authentic form of gratitude to all my fellow Sisters who have ever joined and/or desire to still come to a Circle and know this isn't goodbye!

Readings, YES!!!! For all of you who have reached out or need clarity moving forward, I am still offering readings; however, with some changes! Due to my school schedule and personal energy reasons, my readings have been and will continue to be provided by phone or FaceTime. Many have expressed the desire for in-person readings, and I get it! However, it all works the same for me: it's energy, and it's how I can connect with passed loved ones. They are not physically in the room either, and if I am being transparent, I feel as though the phone/virtual readings tend to be a bit clearer, as I am not empathizing so much of the receiver's energy, which allows me to flow and deliver what the soul needs to know for it's highest good! If these reading modalities resonate with you, you can still book from my website under the "Book" tab at the top of my homepage or by clicking on the image above.

My winter wish for all of you is to allow this magical time of year to provide rest and reflection and restore your belief in miracles! Each of you reading this has been a gift to me on this journey we call Life, and I look forward to the road ahead with curiosity, wonder, joy, and love as my guides! To you and yours, I wish you peace, love, and a whole lot of magic and miracles!

Full Moon Blessings,
Tiffany🦋
