🌱 THIS IS WHY I CREATED THE ANXIETY SUPPORT STACK.

I recently shared a little about my own experience with anxiety—how for me it didn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it was the overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, being tired but unable to fully settle, restless nights, or carrying so much that my body was saying ENOUGH before I was. 😩

And y’all know me… I’m always asking:

What’s at the root of it?

That’s exactly why I created the Lucky Rootz Anxiety Support Stack. 🌿

I wanted something that approached support from more than one direction—something I could incorporate into the routines that help me calm down, ground myself, relax my body and give my nervous system a little extra support.

This wasn’t created because I read about anxiety somewhere.

I created it because I’ve experienced it. ♥️

And as I started learning what helped me, I knew I wanted to turn that knowledge into something that could potentially support somebody else too.

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic.

For me, sometimes it looked like being overwhelmed. My mind having too much going on at once. Feeling tired but not completely settled. Mood changes. Restless nights. Feeling like I needed to keep moving and handling everything, even when my body was telling me to slow down.

And if you know me, you know I’m always going to ask one question: What’s at the root of it?

That changed the way I started looking at my own anxiety. Instead of only focusing on the feeling itself, I started paying attention to my sleep, stress, hormones, what I was putting into my body, my environment, my breathing and even my five senses.

I started learning what actually helps me feel grounded—herbs, aromatherapy, stretching, breathwork, quiet, grounding and simply checking in with myself instead of running on autopilot.

I’m still learning my body. I’m still figuring out what works for me. But one thing this journey has taught me is that wellness isn’t always about adding more. Sometimes it’s about listening more.

Everything always starts at the root. 🌱
