During these times of a pandemic and many other crazy things, staying healthy seems to be top priority. With limited resources, we turn to our food to provide the nutrients and the strength to overcame such a time.
After countless ER visits to the endless prescriptions, I became overwhelmed with keeping up with all of it. At that point, I questioned should I resort to invasive measures or should I change my lifestyle all together. That is when I was introduced to Dr. Sebi and the incorporation of living a plant-based lifestyle. As time went on, the ER visits weren’t necessary and I barely needed to check my time to take my medication. I was free!!!
I was so relieved with this way of life that I had to share my results. Of course, the pushback was strong and it was completely understandable.
It was until the year of 2020, where things took a quick turn and the same people I’ve spoken to realized that health was indeed IMPORTANT AND NECESSARY. My dad was one who has suffered with the overproduction of mucus, having a hard time breathing, sleeping, constantly coughing and other symptoms that made him absolutely miserable. He was desperate for a solution and so was I. I went back into the kitchen and made a batch of all herbs I could think of that would help. Sea Moss as a mucus reducer. Elderberry as a flu/cold reliever and immune booster. Bladderwrack as an energy provider. I finally came up with something and he religiously took each dosage with the hopes of relief.
