“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free…”

Sis… this isn’t just about food.
This is about freedom.

Some of the cravings you’re fighting aren’t just physical —
they’re tied to stress, emotions, old habits, even strongholds.

But hear me clearly…
you are not bound.

You don’t have to keep reaching for what drains you,
what spikes you,
what leaves you feeling heavy after.

God is restoring your discipline.

Because hydration isn’t just about drinking more… it’s about drinking with intention.

In my cup today:

And let me tell you… this isn’t just pretty, it’s purposeful.

Beet root supports circulation and energy (that radiance from within), and honey brings healing and balance as a natural sweetener.

Happy Monday! Let’s step into this week with intention, grace, and a plan. Meal prep doesn’t have to be overwhelming — it’s simply creating space to care for yourself ahead of time so you’re not making rushed decisions later. When you prepare, you’re choosing peace, clarity, and nourishment for your body and your week.

Hey sis… what’s on your plate today? 🍓🥑

Let’s slow down for a moment and Eat. Heal. Pray.

Today I made a little toast flight and snack board for the family — simple, colorful, nourishing, and something for everyone:

🥑 Avocado toast with pico de gallo
🍎 Apples with peanut butter and honey
🍌 Bananas with cookie butter
🍓 Strawberries with Nutella and a drizzle of chocolate balsamic

Nothing complicated… just something covenant… good food made with love. And sis, this is what I call Wellness meets the Word — or what can be called biblical covenant cooking. Preparing food with gratitude, intention, and remembering that the body we’re feeding is God’s temple.

Your kitchen is Holy ground.
Your meals are ministry.
Your healing is Holy.
Your wellness is worship.

Here’s the beauty in what’s on the plate:

🥑 Avocado – rich in healthy fats that support skin glow, brain health, and hormonal balance. Those good fats also help absorb nutrients and keep you satisfied.

🍅 Pico de gallo – tomatoes and lime are full of vitamin C and antioxidants that support skin, immunity, and inflammation. Fresh foods help the body stay balanced.

🍎 Apples – high in fiber, which supports digestion and gut health, and a healthy gut plays a big role in mood and hormone balance.

🥜 Peanut butter – provides protein and healthy fats that stabilize blood sugar and keep energy steady.

Hey sis, real talk… 💛

God cares about your body. Every bite. Every habit. Every choice. Your temple isn’t a suggestion—it’s holy ground. Too many of us pray for breakthroughs, worship, fast, and serve God faithfully… but when it comes to the battlefield of wellness, we’re slow to run, slow to fight, slow to honor Him where it matters most—you either honor Him or you don’t.

I see so many skipping the battlefield of wellness, making excuses, neglecting their health while thanking Him for food He told them NOT to eat.

Leaders preach holiness while ignoring obedience in the area that affects their lives and ministry the most—their health. And so many of us follow the same pattern, thanking God for food He never told us to eat, making excuses, neglecting the temple He gave us.

I see it every day: prayer warriors, worshippers, faithful in the word… but slow to run to the battlefield of wellness. Slow to fight for their health, slow to stand against disobedience in the areas of eating and self-care. They neglect the temple He gave them, all while claiming His name.

This is not just discipline. This isnt a suggestion. This is a command from God Himself. This is obedience. This is surrender. This is warfare. Every meal, every grocery run, every habit is a chance to fight for your wellness. Your kitchen is holy ground. Your health is a weapon. Your obedience is fire. 🔥

This ministry is FOOD + SURRENDER + OBEDIENCE

This isn’t just about “eating right.” This is obedience. This is surrender. This is warfare. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit—and ignoring it is ignoring God Himself.

I see it. I feel it. And I refuse to stay silent while excuses rule the room. Every meal can be a prayer. Every grocery run an act of worship. Every habit a declaration that your body belongs to Him.

Your temple is holy. Your wellness is sacred. Your obedience is fire..

💥 No more excuses. No more delays. No more neglect. No more compromise. Run to the battlefield. Guard your temple. Pray, yes—but prepare your body as an act of worship.

Let every meal, every habit, every choice, be a declaration: “I honor You, Lord, in this temple You have entrusted me.

Hey Glow Girls, ✨

Wellness is not separate from warfare. The way you care for your body, steward your energy, and guard your peace is deeply spiritual. You cannot fight spiritual battles while neglecting your temple. When your body is inflamed, exhausted, overstimulated, and undernourished, it becomes harder to discern clearly and stand firmly.

Today we focus on wellness as worship and warfare. Some of you have been trying to pray through fatigue that discipline would have prevented. That’s not condemnation — that’s alignment. God is not asking you to strive harder; He’s inviting you to steward better.

DID YOU KNOW??

• Inflammation affects clarity. What you eat can either support discernment or cloud it.

• Movement is not just fitness — it breaks stagnation physically and spiritually.

• Rest is obedience. Chronic exhaustion weakens spiritual resilience.

• Hydration matters. Your brain needs water to process, focus, and pray effectively.

When Elijah was burned out, God didn’t give him a sermon. He gave him food and rest first (1 Kings 19). There is wisdom in that.

Action Step:
1. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water today.
2. Take a 20-minute prayer walk — no phone, just worship or silence.
3. Eat one whole, unprocessed meal and thank God over it intentionally.

SCRIPTURE:
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you…? Therefore glorify God in your body.” – 1 Corinthians 6:19–20
