Our returning client has been with us previously for body filler and came back to continue refining her shape. Although she has had surgery in the past, maintaining volume through her hips and buttocks has always been a challenge.
Because her skin and tissue are very tight, we’ve taken a gradual approach by strategically building her contour over multiple sessions rather than trying to create everything at once.
For this session, we used less than 500cc to focus on:
Improving buttocks asymmetry
Restoring and building volume
Enhancing her hip-to-buttock transition
Continuing to shape her existing contour
Her journey is a great example of why body filler isn’t always about how many cc’s you receive … it’s about placement, anatomy, tissue characteristics, and building toward your desired shape safely and intentionally.
This is progress, not the final destination.
We don’t just place filler and wait until the end to evaluate. Throughout your appointment, we pause for standing checkpoints so we can assess your shape from a natural, upright position and make sure you’re happy with the progress.
For example, if we allocate 100cc to your hips, we may place the first 75cc, have you stand, and evaluate the placement, symmetry, projection, and volume together.
From there, the remaining product can be used strategically to sculpt, balance, and refine the areas that need a little more attention.
It’s a collaborative process. Your treatment plan gives us direction, but these checkpoints help us fine-tune the contour as we go.
