This dad-to-be is going into the birth of his daughter feeling confident and empowered!! He’s practiced paced bottle feeds, diapering, the 5S’s to soothe a fussy baby, baby wearing, swaddling, etc. He’s learned all about breastfeeding, pumping, postpartum hormones and emotions and will be the most supportive partner 💜

I LOVE teaching Baby Basics classes to moms AND dads so they both feel (at least a bit more 😅) ready for baby!! These two were a beautiful team and it was my honor to spend the morning with them!

Went for a walk with these two under 2 today while their mom caught a nap and a shower! When we got home mom had quality time with each babe while I hung out with the other one. When both girls went down for a nap mama and I had time to connect and chat about anything and everything- sleep, breastfeeding, mom guilt, family dynamics, self care.

I’m so thankful this mama trusts me to support her and her family during this delicate yet transformative, beautiful and powerful time. I loved every minute of my day with these 3 🥰

Lactation balls are a staple postpartum snack- perfect for grab and go while pumping or nursing babe!

We make them a bit differently based on each mama’s preferences and what ingredients she has in the home. This new mama loves all the ads ins: chia, h**p hearts, flax, brewers yeast, bee pollen, protein powder, cinnamon, turmeric. And of course a base of oats and peanut butter. But the secret ingredient in these was butterscotch morsels because this mama is a huge butterscotch fan! Snacks can be healthy AND delicious 💜

☀️ we bring you flowers because you deserve them- because you are worthy of love, support and beautiful things all days but especially postpartum days 💜
