Nobody told you this — but I will.

If your acne keeps coming back, no matter what you try, it might not be your hormones, your diet or bad luck. It could be your skin barrier — and your routine might be the one damaging it.

A damaged barrier means your skin can’t protect itself, regulate oil, or heal properly. So it keeps breaking out, and you keep buying products trying to fix it. The cycle continues.

Save this post — check the list and be honest with yourself. If you checked three or more, your burial needs attention before anything else.

The good news? It’s fixable. But it takes strategy not more products. 🙅🏽‍♀️
