Facial balancing is about so much more than a before & after 🩵

Yes, I love seeing the improved balance, proportions and harmony in these photos but THIS is why I do what I do:

Keep swiping to see her before, her after, and then her absolutely GLOWING at her bachelorette party ✨

And the message she sent me afterward? 🥹
“Felt the prettiest ever.”

That’s the goal. Not to make you look like someone else. Not to change the features that make you you. But to make subtle, intentional adjustments that bring everything into balance so when you’re out living your life, you just feel GOOD.

The best result isn’t when someone says, “Wow, you got filler.”

It’s when YOU look in the mirror and feel like the prettiest version of yourself. 🩵

If you’re judging filler on Day 1… you’re judging the wrong result. 👀

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is, “I’m scared I’ll stay swollen like that.”

Nope. 😊

This patient was already beautiful but desired to feel refreshed. So we did full facial balancing. Which for her meant: cheeks, chin, chin shadow and lips. Not to make her look “done,” but to bring more balance to her features.

The first image shows the entire healing process:

💉 Immediately after (when swelling is at its peak)

Then swipe to the next photo to see how everything looked even 6 months later. That’s the result I care about most. Built to last.

I always tell my patients: Don’t love it or hate it for 2 weeks. Trust the process.

The best filler doesn’t scream, “I had filler.”

It simply makes people think you look refreshed, balanced, and beautiful. We all want to look and feel our best. Usually that means youthful on the outside like we feel on the inside 🥰

When dissolving instead of adding more filler is the answer 💉

This beautiful client came to see me after having filler placed years ago at another office. While filler can be an amazing tool, over time results can change as the face naturally ages - or if filler was placed too superficially or in an incorrect plane initially.

We decided to strategically dissolve first, then add subtle, thoughtful filler refinement where needed to restore balance and support her natural features. The goal is never to overfill, but to create a softer, refreshed, more harmonious result.

After 10 years as a PA and injector in Atlanta, I am so excited to officially share that I have moved full time to Charleston.

Charleston has always held a special place in my heart. I graduated from PA school and completed my master’s degree at the Medical University of South Carolina, and from the moment I left, I knew I would find my way back. Being able to build my career here truly feels full circle and like a dream come true.

More about me:

I graduated summa cm laude from North Carolina State University and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society before heading to PA school at MUSC. With over a decade of post-graduate experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, anti-aging, regenerative medicine, and surgery, my approach centers on advanced facial anatomy, balance, and natural-looking results.

I have been with OVME for over 5.5 years and am so grateful to have transferred within the same company as I made the move to Charleston. During that time, I have served on the OVME Injector Advisory Board and currently work as a national trainer for OVME, traveling regularly to educate providers on advanced injectable techniques.

I cannot wait to meet my Charleston patients, become part of this community, and help you feel confident and refreshed in a way that still feels like you.
