“Before” Katie: Made bone broth from the bones of the deer she and her husband harvested themselves. Made kefir daily. Drank raw milk. Ate organic, grass fed beef, ate trout that we caught in the mountains and deer that we harvested. I did all the things that the health community praised and swore by.
And I was still inflamed, overweight and had gut issues.
