You don't have to lose the passion that started it all.

It may simply be time to give that passion the right structure.

You’re already doing the work.

You started the nonprofit with the vision… now you’re carrying the whole organization.

Founder burnout starts when every decision, deadline, document, and responsibility falls on YOU.

You’re the founder—not the entire board.

Online compliance advice is either too vague to act on or too technical to finish reading. So founders do the worst thing possible: nothing, and hope it works out.

It usually doesn't work out quietly. It shows up later — as a funder asking questions you can't answer, an audit you weren't ready for, a board member asking where a filing went.
