Mental health touches every community, every family, and every one of us in some way.

Today, we’re reminded of the importance of creating spaces where people feel safe to speak openly, seek support, and know they don’t have to walk through difficult seasons alone.

At The One Lamb Initiative, we’re committed to nurturing and embracing mental wellness through connection, compassion, and faith. Sometimes making a difference starts with something as simple as reaching out, listening, and reminding someone that they are seen and supported.

Are our kids growing up in a world we were never prepared to parent them in?

Join us for a three-week parent discussion series on The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt, led by Nancy Jones, counselor at Wesleyan School in Peachtree Corners.

Together, we’ll explore how smartphones, social media, and the changing culture of childhood are impacting our children’s mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through thoughtful discussion, practical parenting strategies, and a biblical perspective, you’ll be equipped to raise resilient, Christ-centered children in today’s digital world.

Following each session, parents are encouraged to enjoy a night out together and continue the conversation, reflecting on the topics discussed and how they can intentionally shape the culture of their home.
