From 177.4 ➡️ 157.4.

And somehow she decided to celebrate her birthday looking even better than last year’s version of herself!! 🤝🎯 This didn’t happen because of a detox. It didn’t happen because of a “30-day secret.”
It happened because she kept showing up, even on the days she didn’t feel like it!

That’s what results look like:
Consistency.
Patience.
Trusting the process.
Doing the work.

So this weekend we’re celebrating more than a birthday. We’re celebrating discipline, confidence, and the fact that she’s become the strongest version of herself yet! So proud of you my girl! 🔌🎉🥰
