My mom is so special to me!
It’s amazing how perpetually geeked out we are to see each other after 2 years apart .
I always knew We would meet again, though, for that dream to become a reality is too surreal. My mother motivates me to continue on my journey of physical and mental balance.
We just went on a 2 mile bike ride together and while we are in the same city we are committed to making it a regular thing.
Hopefully the rides get longer and longer. Stay tuned for our progress!

And what must I do to achieve it.
Pause, be silent,
and let the answers come naturally.
Start working towards it,
take immediate action,
Create the plan.
Your life one year from now could be unrecognizable from the one you are living today.
Ask yourself what makes you happy
Ask yourself what motivates you
Ask yourself what habits are creating obstacles and which must I implement to create space for success.
Do not doubt your ability to enhance the quality of your life.
Ask yourself what must I do today,
And make it happen.

My friend is an amazing photographer who truly embodies the serenity and calm expected in a master of his craft. The consistency, flexibility, and understanding he has when behind the lens is awe-inspiring. Yet, it is his effortlessly effervescent and positive personality that comes to mind when when I think of yogic character! I strive to implement some of his attitude and diligence into my daily practice.....
It doesn’t have to be complicated.
You don’t need a mat . Get on the floor and just breathe. ReGain some of your time today by reconnecting to balance.
