More Fibre Needed?
With juicing you know that you lose most of the fiber in fruits and vegetables. There are some of us who would rather not have all that fibre in our juices, but fiber is very important for gut health as well.
On this particular day, I juiced some greens and had an orange, some pineapple and banana along with it. Doing it this way, I was getting my fiber in and this is something you could do on some days as well.
I personally know people with bowel issues that stay away from all things fibrous and juicing is one of the ways that helps them to cope with that. This way they still get the benefits of juicing without the fibrous material.
