It's Summertime and the living is easy because it's so HOT! During this time, remember to hydrate more than usual ... drink more water and be very careful going from very cold air-conditioning to the extreme heat outside. Dizzing effects and fainting can occur - so make a more grandual entrance when doing so. Enjoy!
