I used to think losing weight meant I had to suffer to see results. โฃ

So I kept doing the mostโฆ ๐ซขโฃ
lowering my calories too much, forcing workouts I hated, trying to be perfect all week longโฆ โฃ

And every time I messed up, Iโd convince myself I ruined everything and had to โstart over Monday.โ โฃ

It was exhausting. โฃ

Losing 45 lbs finally happened when I stopped fighting myself so much. ๐๐ฝโฃ

I started eating in a way I could actually maintain. โฃ
I found movement I enjoyed. โฃ
I stopped expecting perfection from myself. โฃ

And instead of quitting after bad daysโฆ I learned how to keep going anyway. ๐ค โฃ
