An enrichment session for the medical assistants and front desk teams at Community MD! I was honored to be invited by the most amazing lady, Ebony Walker who is the vice president at the clinic. 🫶🏾

The event was a resounding success, culminating in an engaged audience that stayed after the presentation to ask questions and explore new possibilities.

It was an incredibly rewarding experience to play a small part in the enrichment session and watch the message truly resonate. Seeing the audience stay after to ask questions, engage deeply, and leave with a completely new perspective on their career pathways within the organization made the entire journey worthwhile!

As an operations leader who began my own journey as a Medical Assistant, I have a distinct view of what makes a clinic truly successful. It isn't the software, the infrastructure, or the policies. It is the people.

Medical Assistants are the unsung heroes and the vital heartbeat of healthcare💗🫶🏾

The true power of doing it anyway in the face of judgment is realizing that external criticism is completely out of your control, but your own growth is entirely up to YOU.

When you let the fear of rejection dictate your choices, you are essentially trading your potential for someone else’s temporary comfort.

People will judge your failures, and they will judge your successes, because their opinions are a reflection of their own boundaries, not yours.

By moving forward while your hands are shaking and the critics are watching, you strip them of their power and prove to yourself that your vision for your life matters infinitely more than their approval.
