Innertwine Dancefitness INNERTWINE has two dance fitness platforms INNERTWINE SECULAR and INNERTWINE Phase II which completes the best of both worlds secularly and spiritually.

INNERTWINE expands into two different levels of fitness INNERTWINE SECULAR (IDFS) and INNERTWINE Phase II (IDFP2) which completes the best of both worlds secularly and spiritually. The music format for IDFS is music familiar to the ear based on popular music and dance fitness based on the trendy dance styles rocking the charts. IDFP2 is geared towards a more spiritual setting allowing you to get

an ear full of clean and wholesome music that makes you want to get up and rejoice. Both dance fitness formats includes heavy use of key target toning to help sculpture the body. While using beginner steps and repetitious movements challenging your levels of intensity.
