We feel stuck or ill-equipped to face another day; another ordeal. My aim is to foster a new experience where life becomes a journey of hopeful expectation; where challenges and struggles can be explored and resolved in a safe environment with someone who truly cares about you and that you achieve those goals you’ve set for yourself. I am trained in marriage and family therapy and professional counseling. I specialize in:

I look for strengths in a client or couple and use them in overcoming presenting challenges. Often exploring the past is required to garner greater self-understanding.
