Whew! what a ride! Time flies when you’re having fun 🤣🤣 Sooo many things I want to say, it’ll probably be long so many people probably won’t even read it all. I’ll just start off with the “why?”
It’s because “I’m done” and I mean that from a life motto and career standpoint. I’ve achieved EVERYTHING I’ve wanted too when it comes to tattooing. The most important being changing the culture. Being proud of tattooing on brown skin was not popular when I started. Tattooing references using people of color was not big when I started. I see artwork that I created getting referenced or the inspiration of soooo many tattoos, especially in the Black tattoo culture and it fulfills me to the max. I feel great walking away and knowing the Black tattoo community is in good hands. Doing my last convention this past weekend showed me everything. From all the artist that came to me to tell me that I inspired them, they like my work, or just wanted to meet me. That makes the moment so much more special.

If you ever supported me in any way, THANK YOU SO MUCH! As a client your choices are seemingly infinite, so to choose me means more than you know.

Lastly, … thank you! You’re my brother forever! You took me in when no one else did and gave me an opportunity. So many people are aware of me because of YOU! I’ll forever be indebted to you. I’m so excited to see our future and how far we will continue to take .tattoos

Dj Play Nothing even matters* Happy anniversary to my best friend. Who would’ve thought sharing a math class in 2006 would lead to finding the ONE. There is always something so crazy about people starting out as strangers and the next moment you can’t imagine life without them. I love you more than Instagram captions can allow me to articulate.
