What a beautiful month July was.

4 weeks. 4 births.

A few postpartum visits, meals delivered, hands held, babies snuggled, prayers prayed, and families supported.

This is a testimony, that prayers prayed long ago are being answered right before my eyes.

The first half of the year exceeded my expectations, the second half I’m praying bigger prayers.

Congratulations to all my July families. Thank you for the honor of choosing me to assist and support you.

Words escape me when I try to explain what took place at our cohort 7 doula training, but I’ll do my best…

First of all, I prayed and asked God to allow me to be able to train women to be kingdom doulas by 2027, and God said, NOW. I’m so honored to have been able to co-train such amazing women to be all that God called them to be.

For several weeks we poured into each other, while not only educating them on birth, postpartum, business, and advocacy…but the pour was reciprocated because we all left full and overflowing.

Thank you to my sister, for trusting me to lead with her and teach beside her on this mission. I’m forever grateful and honored.

Thank you to each of my new sisters, for accepting me for ME, and allowing me to share, coach, and also walk with you on this journey.

This isn’t just a doula training, it’s kingdom work. From tears, laughter, and so much more, I’ll never be the same after what took place in that room.

7 was the number of perfection, 8 is new beginnings. I can’t wait to see what God has in store.

Some inductions are necessary. Let’s start there…

But some doctors use fear and language to manipulate and coerce women into inductions that are NOT medically necessary, or before collecting all of the medical data and information to justify inducing labor.

My issue with this is, if you don’t have all the data, don’t assume. That’s what a complete assessment is for. We need all the facts before being able to diagnose. Also, using words like “your baby could die” is demonic and a word curse, and as a birth worker and licensed medical professional, I cancel every spoken word over every family I work with and we speak the word of GOD over them and their babies.

I’ve had 3 clients with this same issue in the last week, and in each case, them and their babies are totally fine, while doc is still pushing for induction. Luckily, they are educated, informed, and making decisions based on facts AND the word of the Lord.

So, I guess I’m ready to tell my story 🤭

Shout out to Foods Market for the family meals! My clients will be putting these to good use.

If I’m unable to cook a meal, I try to at least bring something nourishing and lighten the load.

He knows your baby, and He formed them with purpose.

He called your baby even before your conceived, and we speak and declare blessings, joy, favor, and good health over them right now and always.

May you always know what you carry by being called to be this child’s mommy.

Let generational healing be you, your baby, and your families portion, in Jesus name.
