HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE and WATERMELON SEASON!! A friend of mine asked to me to participate in a WATERMELON CLEANSE FOR THREE DAYS! So I said why not and did it. We will be at Farm Fresh Friday today from 3:00-6:00pm EST at Patchwork City Farms. I will have a few Grab-n-Go items for you to take as you travel or for hanging and noshing at Piedmont Park.
