Today marks 5 years of years of loving, growing, laughing and crying through all of the highs and lows of life with Austin 💕

Ever since we met in February 2020, we have weathered the storms that life has thrown our way together in style. You have been my mirror and shown me how to embrace my flaws and become a better person. You have been my biggest supporter schlepping Yetis full of food out to the Hamptons at 6am for private chef gigs. You have been my best friend who has made me laugh after crying in your arms after I had a bad day. But most of all, you have been my partner who makes life more magical each and every day.

I never thought I would find someone that I could love as much as I love you and I can’t wait to see what the rest of our lives holds for us. ❤️ to the moon and back 🌙✨💫

In 2016, things started to click.
I knew deep down that advertising wasn’t my path. I said yes to my first yoga teacher training, yes to reconnecting with nature, and yes to the first steps of my Ayurvedic journey.
Never discount the power of listening to your inner voice. It could take you in a journey beyond your wildest dreams 👩🏻‍🍳✨

✨ Five Years Later... ✨

Today, I got my first haircut in five years.

For the first time in a long time, I truly recognize the person looking back at me in the mirror.

After a long battle with alopecia, there were days I didn’t even recognize the person staring back — both inside and out. But through patience, diligence, and a complete lifestyle change, I’ve slowly made the journey back to myself.

Healing takes time, but it’s possible. And today, I’m celebrating that. 💛✂️

�� Last month’s Member Thursday was all about pollinators — and my mind is buzzing with new knowledge.

� 60% of honeybee hives failed this year (and honey bees aren’t even native — they came from Europe!).�� Pollinator allies go way beyond bees — hello stinging wasps, hover flies, lacewings, lady beetles, and even long-legged flies.�� Perennial gardens, diverse blooms, and leaving plant stalks at irregular heights help pollinators thrive year-round.

Forever grateful to learn from the Stone Barns team — and bonus: I got to pick fresh blueberries too. ��

The first weekend in August marks International Alopecia Awareness Day, a moment close to my heart.

Five years ago, I was deep in the unknown. I was losing my hair and my sense of self along with it. What I thought was just physical — alopecia — became the beginning of a much deeper journey.

Healing wasn’t linear. It rarely is. There were setbacks, detours, and days when I felt like giving up. But again and again, I returned to myself — to my breath, my body, my intuition.

What anchored me most was Ayurveda. Not as a quick fix, but as a way of remembering who I am. Through daily rituals, seasonal foods, herbs, and deep listening, I’ve rebuilt my health and sense of wholeness — from the inside out.

This isn’t a “before and after” story. It’s a still becoming story. And I’m sharing it today for anyone navigating their own healing — with or without a diagnosis, with or without visible symptoms. You’re not alone.

I don’t know about you but I am definitely someone who eats with their eyes and this beautiful beet hummus has a way of making my mouth water 🤩👅💦
I am trying to make the most of my in my and adding beets to chickpeas completely transforms a typical hummus into the crown jewel of a meal or an appetizer 💎✨
Beets are an underrated superfood and are packed with vitamins and minerals such as iron, folate and vitamin C which help with immune function, cell regeneration and detoxification of the blood ❣️❤️❣️
