Fat loss requires recovery, and most people don't get enough of it.
When you overtrain without adequate rest, cortisol stays elevated. Elevated cortisol signals your body to hold onto fat, especially around the midsection.
More workouts do not always mean better results. Recovery is where the adaptation happens.
