I hope everyoneis staying safe this 4th of July. I just wanted to share an easy way to remember CPR is by this acronym the 3 C’s.
* Check for a pulse
* Call for help if the person is unresponsive and not breathing
* Care - provide compressions hard and fast at a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute. Be sure you place the heel if your dominant hand in the center of the chest and interlock your other hand on top of it. Do this until emergency medical gelp arrives.

Here in the US we have some of the worst diets. And, that's because our grocery stores sell processed food and our fast food restaurants do the same. This is why se’re so sick.
Either you supplement your diet with supplements.
Or, you get it in the food you eat.
You need vitamins A, C, D, E..if nothing else.
