Monthly Moon Calendar Conversations take place each month around the time of the New Moon on Zoom. Together, we gather to explore our unique relationship with larger archetypal symbols through storytelling, creativity, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

Recently, I had the joy of facilitating a drumming experience at the Weisman Senior Center. Watching participants light up, laugh, connect, create music together, and experience a sense of belonging was a beautiful reminder that healing doesn’t only happen through words.

Sometimes healing happens through rhythm.
Through play.
Through creativity.
Through shared experiences that remind us we are part of something larger than ourselves.

Music and images have ways of reaching places that conversation alone cannot.

This work continues to inspire me and deepen my understanding of what it means to foster connection, resilience, and well-being at every stage of life.

Many of you know me through my therapy practice. Others know me through my creative groups, moon circles, workshops, and community experiences.

What you may not know is that for the past 30 years I’ve also been standing on corporate stages around the world, transforming audiences into percussive orchestras. To learn more about this work check out my company

Through rhythm, movement, creativity, and collective music-making, I’ve been exploring the same questions that inspire my therapeutic work:

How do we become more present?

How do we reconnect with ourselves?

How do we create authentic connection with others?

How do we move from isolation into belonging?

Drumming is so much more than music. It is embodied collaboration. It is listening. It is communication beyond words. It is play, expression, joy, and the experience of becoming part of something larger than ourselves.

Whether I’m facilitating therapy, movement, creative expression, dance, or rhythm experiences, my intention remains the same: to create spaces where healing, connection, vitality, and authentic self-expression can emerge.

This Sunday, June 7th, I’m thrilled to be collaborating with and .soumare.75286 Soumare as we welcome our beloved .tribe Market back to Delray Beach.

Together we’ll be creating a mass community drumming experience celebrating unity, joy, presence, and connection. I’ll have 60 drums available, and everyone is welcome—no musical experience required.

There is something profoundly healing about hundreds of people finding the same rhythm together.

I hope you’ll join us.
