My favorite ending to short-term client engagements is when new clients find themselves discontent with where things are, but have forgotten about why they started Energy work to begin with.

In other words whatever giant issues they first presented with have dissolved or are no longer creating discomfort.

And now they’ve moved on to bigger fish to fry.

Energy work naturally and subtly solves whatever plagues you and then moves you to greater levels of awareness about what you really want out of Life.

This is why I am moving to 12-month client programs in 2026! I loooove results (probably more than my clients do).

A client of mine joked that if 2025 were a drink, it’d be a colonoscopy prep 😂 Judging from what I’ve witnessed and experienced myself, I’d have to agree!

So as the warmer temps give way to the chill of fall, followed by the darkness of winter and the closing of the calendar year, let’s collectively commit to resist the cultural pressure to speed up. Let’s instead surrender to Nature’s call to slow down.

Let it be a literal pace thing. Move slower in everything that you do. Everywhere that you go.

Slower thinking.
Slower mornings.
Slower drives.
Slower speech.
Slower decisions.
Slower movements.
Slower eating.

You’ll close out the year happier, healthier, and clearer about what’s Next in 2026 — a ‘1 year,’ which holds uniquely supportive energy for new beginnings.

I miss hosting retreats and may revive my “New New Year” day retreat in February. It’s a time for energetically leading you in setting the stage for 2026.

It’s been a crazy busy 2025! Full of growth, movement, healing, and change. I’m grateful … and tired. 😅

I officially live and work part-time in — it feeds my Soul.

I had the pleasure of facilitating one of the most robust Heal Thyself groups yet. Could not be prouder!

My poor pup almost found his way to the Rainbow Bridge, but made it out alive as a sugar baby (diabetes).

Y’all set a record for volume of referrals — some of you should be on my payroll! 🙏🥰

My family of origin (all in ) continues to be 🌪️ (the best kind).

Next year, I’ll be focusing on more balance, nourishment, and a slower pace. I’ll be working with fewer clients at greater levels of depth for lengthier periods of time.

I say it all the time — healing is living. Your body and your Life are the map. So to experience the results most people want when they reach out, it requires a span of time.

Most importantly, I’ll be able to devote more of myself, my expertise, and Energy to those who are deeply committed to their own healing, growth, and expansion. This work is such an honor, but it is indeed work. It goes further when clients are invested and willing to show up for themselves in new and unique ways.

I talk to people all the time who are desperately hoping for a Hail Mary solution.

They want a quick fix or magical experience to heal a substantial, sometimes lifelong, problem. They’re hoping Energy healing is like a spa treatment experience with life-changing results.

It doesn’t work that way. Energy healers are not Jesus.

Sometimes the shifts are subtle in language, perspectives, and priorities.

Other times, the shifts are substantial in big decisions, opportunities, and transitions in which the work has clearly led you forward.

We never know how working with our Energy will reorient our lives. There is no crystal ball. But the effects are often unforgettable.

Healing starts with Me.

Energy Healing of Atlanta started not from personal interest, business savvy, or yet another health fad obsession. It was birthed from a life that Energy Healing saved—a life riddled with chronic illness and void of vitality.

After years of visiting countless medical doctors, integrative medicine clinics, epidemiologists, and the like, I still wasn’t thriving. Healthy diets (keto, vegan, whole30, you name it), herbals and homeopathics, nutritional supplements, plenty of sleep, yoga, and zero stress were effective in bringing me back to balance ... for a time. But life can’t always remain in perfect harmony. Whether it’s hosting 15 people for Thanksgiving or grieving the loss of a loved one, life happens. And when it did, inevitably along with it came the return of physical limitation and suffering. Avoidance of big plans, big travel, and big decisions became a part of my lifestyle, whether I liked it or not.

Over a full decade of struggle, I asked God for healing. I’d prayed the big, ugly-cry prayers ... the stomping, angry, screaming prayers ... and the depressed, scared, depleted prayers. I didn’t understand why this was happening to me, why nothing worked consistently, and why nobody else in my family had experienced this pattern at such a young age. As my list of diagnoses got longer and longer, my hours of research grew and grew, and I became more hopeless. Until one day sitting in my car at a stoplight ... an idea popped into my head. What if the root of my suffering was within me? What if the reason I couldn’t thrive was something about me sabotaging my healing? The “me” my intuition was referring to was not my physical body. It was the version of me that I could sense and feel, but couldn’t see. Then the words came, “You need energy healing.” Like a download from outside of myself.

And so my journey of energetic healing began with a simple google search (because I had no idea what energy healing was at the time). I found my way to Joanne Mahoney of the Center for Energy Healing who opened my eyes to layers of my being that I never knew existed—and guided me in starting the process of healing was was energetically stuck.
