What am I clinging to that’s ready to leave? What changes am I resisting? Where am I digging my heals in, and does it serve?

And then remind yourself that life is f*cking short and if change needs to happen in your life now’s the time to go out and make it happen!

Make that call. Send that message. Say that thing. You don’t have forever. And that’s just what’s true.
