Heavy cycles .. they can be annoying when they occasionally happen, but for some they’re an unpleasant way of life.

This blend can help support a normal flow and a much more manageable “time of the month”.

In a 10mL roller bottle:
➕6 drops Roman Chamomile
➕4 drops Geranium
➕3 drops Lemon
➕2 drops Cypress

Essential oils only work if you use them. And you’ll only use them if you know how.

Take me, for example .. my first box of oils sat in my linen closet for 6 months before I cracked open the first bottle .. because I had no idea what the heck to do with them!

It’s no secret there are some serious cooties going around right now .. can it be Spring already, please?? 🙏🏼

I guess we have a few more cold weeks to get through, so while you wait for that warm sunshine to make an appearance, grab the kids and whip up this super fun, immune boosting DIY.

They’ll love these gummies because they’re fun to make and delicious .. and you’ll love them because they’re keeping those little bodies healthy!

All you need:

➕1/3 cup juice (you can use any kind you like, but we love pomegranate!)
➕3 tbsp grass fed gelatin
➕3 tbsp raw honey
➕5 drops On Guard
➕Sqeeze of lemon juice

Ready for the super difficult directions??

Whisk all the ingredients together in a saucepan over L O W heat until it’s mostly smooth.

Pour the mixture into your silicone molds and pop them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes!

That’s it!

Quick, right?!

Now you’ll just need to figure out what to do with all the extra time you have left before the sun gets here! 😉
