I have a lot of friends and clients asking me about the Lectin Free diet. When I got SIBO I had to give up Fodmaps and Lectins for two years. It was the hardest thing I ever did. Do I think it’s for Everyone? Did I see results? There are so many pros and cons. I never think one thing works for everyone. Nor do I think anything you do needs to be done long term. I highly suggest doing a cleanse then add one thing back into your diet at a time. If you drink every night and consume carbs and sugar daily - how will you ever know how you feel deep in your core & center. How do you know what normal is if you are highly toxic. I do feel best giving up most of these foods. Pick and choose what works for you. At the same time we can’t live fearing everything in life. Send me a private message with your questions, thoughts, concerns. I would love to help. 💕 All I know is that just because something is gluten free does not make it safe to consume. Everyone is obsessed with cooking with Almond flour these days and eating crackers with it. Sorry but your gut can’t digest loads of almond flour either. Gums, starches, and more crap. Just eat real food.
