I’m bringing you another kundalini yoga exercise called Spinal Twist. Spinal Twist with breath work, as it is done in Kundalini Yoga, is an exercise as well as a meditation, just like the spinal flex and most other kundalini practices.
The Breath is the key to the divine consciousness, connection to ourselves and with our own person vision of God.
It is the intentional, rhythmic breath that is the key to diving deep into internal shifts and the energies that help you remember who tf you are. A divine Creator!!
It is the breath that circulates the prana, aka the chi, aka the life force energy.
It is the breath that sweeps you out like a broom, internally, clearing mental, emotional, and spiritual debris.
It is the breath combined with the movement of the body that unblocks and releases things inside of us that no longer serve us!!
We clear out the debris to make room for what is truly for us!
And then on top of that there are unique benefits for our physical bodies.
Spinal Twist with breathwork, like Spinal Flex, helps to open your heart, if you have become cynical, cold, or closed off from love or abundance. It also increases the flexibility of your spine, (flexibility in your life) improves digestive health and brain function, detoxes and tones the abdominal organs, strengthens your muscles (back, core &, intercostals) and your circulation & nervous system are energized!
