You donāt need less food.
You need better timing.
Perimenopause changes how your body handles stress, blood sugar, and recovery.
Which means the way you ate in your 20s wonāt work the same now.
And letās clear something upā¦
If youāre consistently eating under ~150g of carbs per day
and wondering why your energy, sleep, and fat loss feel offā¦
thatās probably part of the problem.
Carbs are your bodyās preferred fuel source.
Too low for too long and your body adapts:
⢠cortisol goes up
⢠thyroid output slows
⢠recovery tanks
⢠cravings spike
Carbs arenāt the enemy.
But using them randomly or avoiding them altogether is definitely keeping you stuck.
If you want your metabolism to respond again, you have to support it.
Not starve it.
This is exactly the kind of shift we make inside my coaching programs...
taking women from guessing and under-eatingā¦
to actually fueling their body in a way that works.
Iāll be opening up 10 spots for my next Balanced Life Method summer cohort starting May 4th.
If youāve been feeling stuck and ready to do this differentlyā¦
keep an eye out this week.
Save this so you stop guessing.
And tell me...
are you a morning or evening lifter?
