We celebrated the Fall Equinox this week by nestling ourselves in the gorgeous Smoky Mountains—unplugged and present.

The winds whispered about change and transformation. The river spoke of healing and giving in to the flow. The fire asked for patience and tenacity. And the earth implored us to stay rooted in our divine callings and our human will to survive.

The Earth speaks to all of us and lovingly offers lessons if we are willing and ready to listen. What messages did she share with you this Equinox? 🍂

The best part of leading this beautiful community is embracing the moments when the teacher becomes the student. Holding space for those that need to tell their stories is the highest honor I’ve had since being a caregiver to my mom. Teaching and leading are beautiful, don’t get me wrong— but LISTENING? And I mean, REALLY listening? That’s the greatest gift I can give to all of you and myself. We have stories to tell, my friends— even the ones that are riddled with loss and pain. In fact, those are the stories that are most worth telling and most worthy of being heard.
