Fall arrives differently when you’re drinking something worth slowing down for.

This Friday, October 2nd, we’re back at the Nobu Hotel lobby from 11 AM–2 PM, whisking matcha the old-fashioned way — by hand, one bowl at a time.

We’ll be pouring some of our finest matcha from Uji, Japan. The kind we usually keep tucked away for exclusive events. No shortcuts. No powdered-afterthought nonsense. Just exceptional matcha, properly whisked, and served fresh.

And then there’s the Shogun Hojicha Latte.

Iced. Creamy. Nutty. Deeply roasted. Lightly sweetened. Low in caffeine, high in taste. A drink that tastes like autumn without having to scream dessert latte at you. Hand-whisked to perfection and here for the fall season.

On September 12, Shogun Matcha finally steps into MatchaFest—and we’re not showing up to simply pour green drinks into cups and call it a day.

🌱 Our matcha comes directly from prestige tea farms in Uji, Kyoto. First-harvest premium blends only. Hand-whisked, one bowl at a time, the way something this good deserves to be treated.

🥄 You’ll find the drinks people keep talking about: 🍓 💜🌹Wednesday. Elsewhere. Geisha. Familiar names to the believers, and possibly the beginning of an obsession for everyone else.
