Nicole Hill is a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She graduated from Darton College and Albany State University’s School of Nursing. She later received her Master’s of Science Degree from South University. Nicole’s background includes Critical Care, Intensive Care Unit, Telemetry, and PreOp/PACU. This vast level of experience and expertise has paved the way for her to hone in on people skills, excellent IV skills, post-surgery recovery treatments, patient education, and providing all-around great care. After years of working in the ICU and seeing so much illness, Nicole decided to shift her focus to wellness. She created Reset Wellness Bar in an effort to help individuals live a healthier life, thus preventing poor health outcomes. She ultimately believes in promoting health from the inside out. Nicole notes that individuals want to look good and feel good. With essential nutrients and vitamins, the body can flourish and achieve those goals. Our ultimate goal is to provide health, wellness, and beauty.

Are you really surprised? 😳 Not me. After nurses were turned every which way but loose during the pandemic, then treated like the not so disposable PPE (joking) once the crisis ended, I knew then that some individuals and parties could care less about the profession as a whole.

The truth is, the nursing profession is here to stay. I know it isn’t going anywhere. You know it isn’t going anywhere. Advanced Practice Nurses, and those with Doctoral/PhD-level nursing credentials, are firmly established. The healthcare system would crumble without them.

So, is it an insult to us? Yes. Will it stop us? No. Will it be tougher? Possibly. But will we give up? Never.

Now, more than ever, it’s time to leverage our nursing licenses, regardless of degree level. I say it all the time… Your Nursing Licence Is Your SuperPoWeR, Use it Intentionally!!
