A reminder - your weight, your bank account, your accomplishments are not a reflection of your ( inherent) worthiness!

You. Are. Worthy. Period.

You are not your body. Your self worth is not dependent on your size or a number in the scale.
My client spent years ( like me) trying to be the right size, a smaller size.
She was looking to find live again after the death of her long time hubby.
Working on learning to live and love life no matter her weight, she did it. She found a
She’s happy, healthy and now married.
None of which happened because she lost weight, she’s exactly the same size she was 3 years ago.
Life is precious and beautiful.
Health matters, but You are here to do more than count calories.
