Envision Nutrition is a private practice focused on improving the health and well-being of families that are challenged by overweight and poor nutritional health. Envision is a not-for-profit corporation, organized to ensure that nutrition services are affordable and accessible to a larger community. Our practice is fun, exciting, engaging, warm and fuzzy. At Envision we aim for kids and adults to eat healthy, enjoy what they eat, and be happy in their best bodies. Our approach is simple and practical:

• Families work on strengthening and improving good eating habits while working on overcoming unhealthy eating habits. In other words, we teach you to feed good habits

• We coach parents on how to role model the healthful habits they want to see in their children and how to play a supportive role in shaping healthy eating habits at home

• Our sessions are fun..tastic.. We empower kids and tee ns to take care of their health and accomplish this by using positive food messaging, motivational techniques, and user-friendly nutrition education

• Our programs and meal plans are not pre-packaged but customized based on the challenges and life situations

We are inspired by your success

At first, healthy habits can be hard to develop but they make our lives easier in the long run. It’s worth the effort and time it will take to develop those habits. Life can be more fun when you eat healthy and you have great energy. Unhealthy eating habits can be easier to develop but will make our lives a lot more challenging if we develop heart disease, cancer or diabetes. We teach you simple tips to help you develop healthy eating habits for a lifetime. We offer good food therapy

Our Dietitians will help you manage or improve: Diabetes, pre-diabetes, Insulin Resistance/Metabolic Syndrome, High Blood pressure, Overweight/Obesity, Underweight/Eating Disorders, Breastfeeding and Prenatal Nutrition, Cardiovascular Diseases/High Cholesterol, Renal /Kidney Disease, Vegetarian Meal Planning, Overall Good
