Travel weekend = gas station food decisions. 😂
We stopped at QT for gas, and I decided to take a quick look around to see what I could find that would still help me stay on plan.
And honestly? There were options.
Not perfect options.
Not “make a whole meal plan from QT” options.
But enough to keep me from grabbing whatever just because I was hungry.
A few things I noticed:
Beef sticks.
Protein shakes.
Fruit.
Pickles.
Meat and cheese roll-ups.
Snack trays.
Would I build my whole day around gas station food? Nope.
But can I make a decent choice when I’m traveling and need something quick? Absolutely.
That’s one of the things I love about learning the basics instead of just following rules.
You start to see options everywhere.
Not every choice has to be perfect to be helpful. 💚
